This helps us ground, move through and understand overwhelm, and flow with life. This helps us give the gifts of our wild heart in the time that we have with this beautiful jewel in space.

I honour the creativity, bravery and resilience of all first peoples in so-called Australia. I believe in the shared responsibility of creating a just future, one that respects and uplifts Indigenous voices and rights, a world free from racism.
