We have so much to give

We feel overwhelmed. We care so deeply, it’s too much to bear sometimes. We feel it in our body, we feel so much. People don’t realise how much we feel.

Ok here’s the truth of it...

The reason you get overwhelmed and feel alienated by the world IS because you’re sensitive and you FEEL THINGS VERY DEEPLY. YOU FEEL A LOT. 

Research shows that many neuro-divergencies tend to experience feelings intensely and deeply.

And I know that you feel a deep care for what really matters too, IN YOUR BODY…. and A LOT more than that too.

 

Spiritual practice, emotional embodiment, healing...

You probably already realise how important it is to embody your feelings through some kind of practice, like EDMR, movement therapies, hypnotherapy, Reiki, Qi Gong…. there are so many ways. 

This practice is life changing. Not only are we  able transform emotional baggage and trauma, we begin to access states of being that profoundly change the way we see the world and relate to others.

BUT…

 

If you only you could get yourself to do this practice...

You know it right?! Getting ourselves to do a thing regularly, as a neurodivergent person, can be the battle of our lives.

IT IS NOT AS SIMPLE AS `just do it daily’! (Are you rolling your eyes, pulling at your hair yet?)
